Now that we can all catch breath as The Police enjoy a brief mid tour break, we thought it was time to update Sting.com members on progress with this year's [the summer 2006 - summer 2007] premium item that was promised to all premium members that renewed at the premium level during the year.

As you may recall, this item was another DVD of behind the scenes footage which we have entitled 'Sting - From The Vault'. This is over an hour's worth of footage that we haven't used before from the 'Sacred Love' and 'Broken Music' tours, Newcastle, and the 'Songs From The Labyrinth' promo appearances.

The DVD has now been finalised and wrapped and all that remains is for the discs to be pressed. All being well we hope to have started shipping by the end of September. Once again, it is vital that you ensure that your address details are up to date. Please check in your profile and ensure that this is the case so that your DVD does not go astray.

For existing premium members that renew as premium members during the year summer 2007 - summer 2008 next year's premium item will be a Sting photobook, that will contain some preprinted photos but plenty of space for members to add their own photos and memorabilia such as tickets etc... We will be looking to members to provide some of their own photos for inclusion in this photobook and will be inviting you to submit some for possible entry. Accompanying this photobook will be a mini DVD of approximately 20-30 minutes worth of content [content yet to be determined]. We'll bring you more information on this shortly.
