Exclusive DVD-preview of "STING: A Winter's Night... Live from Durham Cathedral".
December 4th, in time for this year's Christmas season, Deutsche Grammophon will release a special, live concert performance on DVD entitled, "STING: A Winter's Night... Live from Durham Cathedral." Filmed at the magnificent Durham Cathedral near his hometown of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in Northern England, the DVD features music off his top ten album, "If On A Winter's Night..." For this compelling live concert, Sting was joined by an ensemble of 35 musicians, including strings, percussion, brass and folk-instruments.
On December 1st, at 8 pm there will be the unique opportunity to see this HD-production at the cinema. In cooperation with Cinemaxx, the DVD will be shown at the following Cinemaxx theatres on the big screen:
