Sting to make guest appearance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th anniversary concerts in October...

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation is delighted to announce their 25th Anniversary this coming year. Leaders in the music industry joined together in 1983 to establish the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation. One of the Foundation's many functions is to recognize the contributions of those who have had a significant impact on the evolution, development and perpetuation of rock and roll by inducting them into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In honor of their 25th Anniversary, the Foundation will host two very special benefit concerts at Madison Square Garden on October 29th and 30th, 2009. Each night will highlight different artists that will not only celebrate their music, but invite musical guests to join them onstage for what will be two unforgettable evenings with unique collaborations.

Currently scheduled to appear on October 29 are Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Simon & Garfunkel, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Friends. Sting will make a guest appearance on the October 29.
