It is with great regret that Sting’s concerts previously scheduled for Thursday, July 11 at jazzopen in Stuttgart, Germany and Friday, July 12 at the Castle Garden in Slavkov u Brna, Czech Republic will be canceled. As reported earlier this week, Sting is under the weather and under doctor's orders, and was forced to also cancel concerts in Ghent, Belgium (Monday, July 8) and Munich, Germany (Wednesday, July 10). Sting sincerely regrets disappointing or causing any inconvenience to the fans.

Outlet sales - Fans who purchased tickets at outlets will be refunded at the same location where tickets were purchase.
Online Sales – Fans who ordered tickets online will have their credit cards automatically refunded.
Invoice Payments – Customers who transferred payments will get money returned by bank transfer. Sending of tax document, IBAN and tickets submission to Ticketportal, Politických vÄ›zÅÅÆ 934/15, Praha 1, 110 00, Czech Republic is needed.
Ticketmaster Purchases:
Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster outlets may have their tickets refunded at the point of sale where they were purchased.
Fans who purchased using TicketFast or eTickets will receive a refund by submitting the transaction number via email.
Alternatively, tickets may be mailed to Ticketmaster for refund to: Ceska republika a.s., Jungmannova 26/15, 110 00 Prague 1.
