Been a fan since: 2017 - born on Sting's birthday, October 2, but in 2004 so not a longtime fan like many others here but definitely a huge fan none the less.
Favourite Sting song: 'It's Probably Me'.
Favourite Police song: 'Roxanne'.
Favourite Sting album: 'Ten Summoner's Tales'.
Favourite Police album: 'Outlandos d'Amour'.
Most memorable concert: MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Boston, MA, USA, September 7, 2023 (first row seats and Joe Sumner was the opening performer).
Other favourite bands: The Beatles, Queen, The Strokes, Oasis, Night Ranger (my dad's favorite who we've seen numerous times as well).
In Your Own Words: I began playing the bass in 8th grade at the urging of my music teacher after having played clarinet up until then. It has been a great experience and has carried over to my playing with my friends in our band, Fool's Gold (shameless plug, https://www.instagram.com/officialfoolsgold/), as well as in the jazz bands in college. Having the same birthday as Sting, playing bass as well and enjoying all of his works with The Police and as a solo artist, I would say that he is definitely my favorite musician and someone I look forward to having the opportunity to meet someday.
Eliot Sumner will join the Sting 3.0 Tour for the show on October 16 at Hard Rock Live in Rockford, IL. Tickets are available from https://sting.com/pages/tour
