Still in his element! Music legend Sting makes his first trip to Kaohsiung, belting out a medley of his hits and greeting everyone in Taiwanese: "Kaohsiung! Thank you!"

This weekend's event in Kaohsiung! Sting, a 17-year-old Grammy Award winner, makes his first trip to Kaohsiung! The Asian leg of his sold-out "STING 3.0" world tour lands in Kaohsiung, attracting over 4,500 enthusiastic fans to witness the undefeated legend's live performance. His arrival on stage unleashed cheers from the crowd, and Sting, unable to contain his joy, enthusiastically responded to the crowd with shouts of "Kaohsiung! Kaohsiung!" and a heartfelt greeting in Chinese: "How are you?" The atmosphere instantly heated up. With his guitar and powerful vocals, Sting, along with his long-time guitarist and friend Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas, showcased his impeccable choreography and captivated Kaohsiung!

From classic hits from his time with The Police to his solo masterpieces like "Every Breath You Take," "Roxanne," "Fields of Gold," and "Englishman in New York," the nearly 120-minute performance, featuring 21 of his most iconic hits, drew a standing ovation from the audience.

Tonight's concert opened with a heartfelt rendition of "Message in a Bottle." Sting, dressed in a short rock T-shirt, captivated the crowd with his well-maintained figure and vibrant energy. His signature powerful voice captivated the audience, and Sting then shouted "Kaohsiung! Kaohsiung!" and greeted the audience in Chinese, "How are you?" to thank them for coming. A series of hits followed, including the audience-inspired duet "Englishman in New York," the timeless classic "Fields of Gold," the enchanting song, "Shape of My Heart," the ending theme from the movie "The Hunt," and the soul-stirring "Driven to Tears." Each song evoked youthful memories for fans across generations, leaving the audience mesmerized. The performer frequently interacted with the audience, asking, "How are you all doing?"

In the second half of the concert, the majestic and powerful finale of "Every Breath You Take" captivated the audience, seemingly embodying the live performance of the CD version. The atmosphere reached its climax, and Sting once again movedly said, "Thank you all for coming." His piercing voice, illuminated by vibrant red LED lighting, then sang the classic song "Roxanne," reminiscent of the 1970s rock spirit of the Police Choir, a breath-taking turn of events.
